Terms & Conditions

Lovely Little Parties

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Lovely Little Parties.

By making a booking, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Deposits

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a £25 refundable booking deposit has been received.

  • The deposit secures your chosen date and will be refunded after the event, provided all items are returned in good condition.

  • No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

2. Payments

  • Full payment for your booking is due 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment details will be provided once availability is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • The £25 deposit is refundable unless cancellation occurs within  7 days of the event date.

  • Changes to your booking (date, numbers, extras) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Delivery, Setup & Collection

  • Lovely Little Parties is based in Whitchurch, Shropshire and offers free delivery and collection within 30 miles.

  • Travel beyond this area may be available for an additional charge.

  • We kindly ask that a responsible adult is present at delivery and collection.

5. Use of Equipment

  • All hired items remain the property of Lovely Little Parties.

  • Equipment must be used indoors unless specifically agreed otherwise.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are used safely and appropriately throughout the hire period.

6. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied.

  • Charges may apply for:

    • damage

    • loss

    • excessive cleaning required

  • Normal wear and tear is expected and understood.

7. Health & Safety

  • All equipment is cleaned and checked between hires.

  • Lovely Little Parties cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries once equipment has been set up and handed over.

  • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

8. Photography & Social Media

  • We may take photographs of setups for promotional use.

  • No identifying images of children will be shared without permission.

  • Please let us know if you would prefer your setup not to be photographed.

9. Weather & Outdoor Use

  • Outdoor setups are subject to suitable weather conditions.

  • In the event of unsafe weather, alternative arrangements or cancellation may be required.
